restaurant, as if you're being invited into the Chef Tin's home.
Little Sister's menu showcases Chef Tin's take on one of the more
interesting and rich collisions of food and culture that was borne out
of the European colonization of Southeast Asia. Dishes blend and
balance the spices and flavors of Southeast Asia with French
techniques and Dutch and British colonial influences. The menu is
continually and progressively evolving, reflecting inspiration and the
seasons. "Little Sister Redondo Beach offers straight-up, honest, home-style Vietnamese cuisine—the type of food I grew up eating with my grandparents in the San Gabriel Valley.”

We had a great evening at Little Sister with friends. We ordered the chicken wings which are fantastic and flavorful; dumplings with a delicious broth and spicy sauce then moved on to the papaya salad and sticky rice. Enjoyed every single bite of these delicious items!

Very good food and service… music is too loud … the space is too small for the volume of music and type of music played.. rap isn’t dining music

Great experience delicious food great service. Everything we tried from appetizers to dishes were spectacular especially the fried Seabass and the crispy prawns this place is a little gem.

Usually when we go here it is deafening, but this time was better and we could actually hear each other talk. Great improvement, I hope it continues to be quieter in the future. Food was excellent as always.

Everything was wonderful until the food arrived. Ordered a few of their favorites, but came out dry/overcooked. The workers were all great tho.
