Lisse Steakhuis was established in 2016 and conceptualized as a tribute to owner Hans Philippo’s Holland hometown of Lisse. While holding true to a fairly traditional American steakhouse menu, Lisse highlights the Dutch cuisine authentically by including an array of unique flavors and ingredients in our menu items, and off-menu featured items. Lisse offers seating on all three floors, an outdoor terrace, and Cigar Lounge on the third floor. Outdoor terrace seating is first come first serve only.

Our international wine list is extensive yet well-curated, featuring wines from the world's best winemaking regions and renowned vineyards. As we’re located in the heart of Bourbon Country, our bourbon collection is premium, offering over 100 top-shelf bourbons. Our handcrafted cocktails are rotated seasonally, and elevate the experience of classic cocktails - creating a unique experience where tradition meets modernity.     Food is a 3-4...there does seem to have a team feel from the beginning..disjointed..very unencaging service people..they are nice but did not ask us 1 question... My wife ordered a filet and pentatonic was flat..unexciting..boring really. Mine was fish and fine. Ordered a crab cake before dinner..bland..no crab to be seen..mushy and striny. Please cook the Brussel sprouts enough to make them eatable...please.

    From beginning to end, we had a wonderful experience. The host greeted us with a welcoming smile and was able to seat us even tho we were early for our reservation. Our server was great! Friendly, very prompt, helped with pronunciations. Of course the food was perfect! We shared the kaassoufle, then we each had steaks cooked perfectly. The cocktails were elegant and delicious. We finished with crème broulee. This was our first time at Lisse and we will definitely come back!

    I took my husband to Lisse for his birthday and was extremely disappointed. I ordered the pork chop and it was raw. My husband’s steak was undercooked as well. The server replaced my meal but my sides were cold by the time a 2nd plate was brought out. They offered to buy us drinks and gave us a free dessert to compensate. We had been to Lisse one other time and had a good experience. Unfortunately we will not be back after spending $200 on a very poor meal.

    Love this little steak house. I eat a lot of steak in the Cincinnati area, and I will tell you there is none better. Nice quiet, and romantic place. Great service from all the staff.
