   The manager was amazing, after our server was truly awful. I can only imagine because my husband and I came in with my elderly mother and her elderly best friend — for some reason our wait person “B” did not take our table seriously. Our drinks took a full 45 mins to arrive and all of our orders came out incorrectly — including my mother’s, who specifically asked that her salad with salmon be “served not in a bowl, but on a plate”. The meal truly would have been a disaster except the manager went out of his way to get everything right, to sit with us and really humanize the experience. My mother has lived in Raintree forever, we frequented Mickey and Mooch often, and then after the pandemic were happy to resume with Link and Pin. Tonight was a terrible anomaly. Link and Pin Arboretum is truly lucky to have the manager they do, and they really, really need to hire and train qualified waitstaff and also, limit reservations. The place was just a mess.

   Briar was one of the best servers we ever had…personality, attentiveness, proactive nature. Seriously pls consider giving Briar a raise. She really MADE our night.

   Great food and service - the drinks are very expensive. The mimosa tray was beautiful and our server made each of us a mimosa with fruit and juices - but $100 for that is a bit much. And a single mimosa was $12…again a bit much during brunch.

   The restaurant has wonderful ambiance and very comfortable. We found the menu to be a little limited - - most of the appetizers, salads and sides were "shareable" and there was no opportunity to get a "small" side salad. Once served, the Brussel sprout salad was delicious and plenty left to take home. My husband's "Impossible Burger" was very disappointing. It apparently was heavily sprinkled with pepper. He ate maybe 1/2 and had to stop - - it was simply too hot and it had been cooked dry w no juice. Will be awhile before we visit again. We had always previously enjoyed the Link & Pin for special occasions.

   Billed as upscale, with a dress code encouraging jackets for men, and being fairly pricy, I didn’t expect people in hoodies and sweats with toddlers and babies. The decor is beautiful, our server Jessica was absolutely top notch, the food was cooked perfectly (a Pittsburgh style steak has too much salt for my taste, no reflection on the chef!). The noise level was high even though they tried to seat us in a quieter area. The hazelnut dessert was delicious! An uneven experience for sure.

   Staff was very friendly. We tried some new cocktails which were delicious, and enjoyed some of our favorite menu items. The restaurant was pleasantly quiet for a Friday night.

   We went for dinner and our 25th anniversary… The staff was so kind and accommodating. Food was wonderful! It was a great place to celebrate

    Terrible service, 20 mins just to get drinks. Ribeye was terrible, branzino was overcooked.
