   We had the mocktail Bamboo Fo’ You, the Korean Fried Chicken and the garlic noodles. Everything was very tasty and we would definitely order it again. The garlic noodles and the mocktail were SO tasty and probably one of our favorite dishes/drinks that we have had on Maui! Will definitely be back!

   Superb dinner, served with care, in a modern streamlined setting. Enjoyed the unique preparations of food, and sauces, which were perfect for celebrating our visit to Hawaii. Many family groups as well as couples. Lots of conversation as people enjoyed the food and each other. The staff were warm and a highly effective team. You do not select Lineage for the view or the architecture. The surroundings are just the backdrop that fall away as darkness comes and the food and conversation take center stage and dazzle.

   Food and service were incredible! We ordered the poke, the lobster noodles, and the fresh catch (steamed), and everything was so incredibly delicious. I’ll be dreaming of those lobster noodles for years to come! Servers were very attentive and friendly. So glad we went!

   Great food, we always dine at Lineage when we visit Maui. We always reserve 2 bar seats, Jen the bartender always helpful, friendly, attentive.

   A warm welcome by Rufian followed by impeccable service by Drew truly made our experience. The food was the best we’ve had on Maui (maybe ever!) - unique and delicious flavors. The Wagyu roll was insane!

   We love this restaurant! The food is delicious, the service is fast and friendly. Portion size is on the large end, you won’t go home feeling like you didn’t get enough to eat.

   The most disappointing dinner of our vacation! The last time we were seated outside under the glaring mall lights and constant mall traffic walking by. This time we requested inside, however sitting at the bar was a disaster. Loud, chaotic, not romantic at all and not enjoyable at all. Too much yelling and banging that should not be part of any fine dining occasion. Now the food. We knew it was expensive. Price is not an issue with us, but there comes a point when you feel you are being taken advantage of. That was last night! 8 pieces of sliced duck(incredibly tough, almost like it was frozen prior to prep) each on about 1 1/2” long x 1/2” wide and 1/4” thick served with a flavorless type of taco type shell. $60! We also had the Waygu appetizer which was a joke at $38. The shrimp and clam croquettes was the best thing we had and the poke bowl was ok at $32. A three sip Mai Tai with nutmeg sprinkled on it. Gross and at $23 was disappointing. Today we met with locals who commented that everyone is saying similar things about Lineage. It seems their popularity(and arrogance) is starting to turn people off and honestly, it’s a restaurant in a strip mall. A nice strip mall but come one. Time to reevaluate what people are saying outside of the questionable 5 star reviews. If you go, have a few drinks beforehand to overcome all the annoyances.
