Limani is a Cafe Winebar with a touch of the Mediterranean in Portsea. Enjoy all day breakfast and lunch based on the season. In the cooler months our guests enjoy our beautiful open fire with local wines of course! Come summer, enjoy our Mythos, Peroni , St Andrews beer or Cocktails help to beat the heat.
Winter menu includes hearty soups, salt and pepper calamari, haloumi burgers and Chefs pasta which changes weekly.
Located 1 minute walk from beautiful Portsea pier and all the Peninsula has to offer, come enjoy the warmth and hospitality from our team, and of course our famous Niccolo coffee, with one of Chefs treats.
Mezze, Tapas nights from late Spring through to end April (longer weather depending!) accompanied by the best live, local acoustic, jazz, blues and folk artists on Saturday evenings . Bookings essential for Sat nights.

Excellent service, small menu but lovely meal, fresh and tasty with a decent serve & great value for money. If the lights were dimmed and the music just a little quieter the atmosphere would have been perfect!😃

Fireplace was in operation on a cold night, guitarist provided great music which had your foot tapping & a small menu provided appetizing choices. Mezze platter dips were smaller than expected, Saganaki was delicious, moussaka was tasty. A good choice of desserts was available from the glass cabinet. An enjoyable night was had by all.

They were out of a lot of food on the day we went. Not many gluten free options. We had to ask several times to replenish the toilet paper in the bathrooms. Food was ok.

Although I booked well ahead of time we were originally going to be sat at a very cramped table situated extremely close to another table with a group of 5 people. The staff were very accommodating and really lovely to deal with, and moved us to a less awkward spot. The food was just ok and the atmosphere was very noisy, so difficult to have a conversation without shouting. Just wasn't the type of venue we were looking for on that particular evening.
