   Awful.. waited an extra 30 min even though we had reservations They ran out of bread.. tried rushing us out the door and making us order our food quickly Not planing to go back there

   We sat at our table almost 15 minutes without service until I finally requested to speak with the manager. She apologized and ensured we were satisfied for the remainder of our stay.

   Me and my husband always go to dinner on NYE and we are always looking for new places to try. Leo’s was a perfect blend of a date night with great pasta and excellent service. We will definitely be returning!

   We weren’t seated until over 30 minutes after our reservation time. Service was very slow throughout our time there. Everyone was very nice and food was excellent but took way too long to be sat, order, and receive drinks or food given that we, and seemingly everyone else there waiting around us, had reservations. It was New Year’s Eve so hopefully it was a one time staffing problem but it did dampen our experience.

   My husband and I are from out of town and were excited to experience a great Italian restaurant. Unfortunately, this was far from that. The staff was trying their hardest and did the best they could. I blame all of this on bad process and bad management. Some specifics, we were seated for approximately 20 minutes without being approached by wait staff. Once we stopped someone, it seemed that the gentleman that was intended to serve us was “not in the mood” to serve us and the bartender had to pick up the slack. The tension amongst the staff was extremely noticeable. The food was mediocre at best and no manager ever approached our table. Overall just a terrible experience and marketing through open table is not the solution. Management must do better. Train better and be more present.

   Overall good experience except service was marginal Had to wait a very long time to get drinks, waiter forgot to give us silverware, forgot to bring bill after a long wait Manager really did try and make it up so overall it wasn’t a bad experience I had been here before without issue I think it was a one off with a particular waiter

   The food was good, but not as good as I expected. I was expecting an Italian experience, but found the menu limited and most items we got were good but not fantastic. The service was good. The place is very nice.

   Great restaurant with subpar waitress. She was borderline rude. I would normally give someone the benefit of the doubt and not leave a negative review but we’ve had her before at this restaurant and her attitude was only marginally better.
