   Leo’s is a great, comfortable place - the food is delicious and the service is always friendly and attentive. Tonight (March 9) we had a family gathering to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Abbey was our server, and she was just wonderful. The food was delicious. BUT… the music was WAY TOO LOUD. We could not carry on a conversation without either leaning in or shouting. When we asked Abbey if she could get it turned down, she said other patrons had requested it - and the manager said “No”. My husband didn’t want to accelerate it, so we had to deal with it. Half our party was older folks with hearing issues, so it wasn’t helpful. Usually when we eat at Leo’s, the music is ambient -some nice lounge music. Tonight it was 80’s classic rock. We all agreed we liked the songs -but it was suitable for a noisy bar, not a nice restaurant. I don’t know why the management refuses to keep the music at a normal level. Unless they’re trying to drive the customers out.

   Let me start by saying our server, Robin went above and beyond. She was absolutely the best. We both wanted fish but the menu offered only a potato and vegetable side option with their fish offerings. We took a chance and asked our server if they could prepare it with a white wine lemon sauce over linguini instead. Although the chef was reluctant she told them to “trust the process.” The result was exactly what we wanted, a pan seared halibut over linguini with a piccata style sauce. My only critiques, this sort of option should be part of the normal menu. So glad I took the chance and asked. My second critique was the wine offering. This is an Italian restaurant. The majority of the wine list should be Italian wines, not California. Of the maybe 10-12 red wines offered 3 were Italian, 1 was an Oregon Pinot noir and the rest California. It should be the other way around.

   We really enjoyed this restaurant. We ordered the Lobster corn chowder and the lasagna. I suggest you share a lasagna order- it was delicious but enough for a family of 2-3! But it was delicious and the bread out of this world. I would definitely return.

   Was great food One thing I wish that any employee with long hair should put it up or a net because the hair was was down and is not food safe

   Nice wait staff and the food is “good”. Little pricey for the quality. Decent space but open and a little loud… it’s a go back.

   My girlfriend and I wanted to try a new spot and Leo’s had great reviews. We made a reservation for 8:15 on Feb 15th. We arrived 5 minutes early and they were very busy so there was a bit of a wait. We were seated around 8:25. We both ended up ordering the New York strip. It came with asparagus, potatoes and was topped with lump crab. The steak was very well seasoned and tinder but kinda fatty. The potatoes and asparagus were also really good and the lump crab was a nice touch. Our server was very nice and checked up on us frequently throughout our meal. I give the overall experience a 8.5 out of 10.

    Felt really bad for the staff, management had not put a cap on reservations for Valentine’s Day weekend so despite having a reservation still had about a 30 minute wait. It was cramped seating arrangements from cramming more small tables into the normally more open area that has a few larger group tables. I would have preferred being told they were overbooked and unable to take a reservation rather than the situation they put all the customers and wait staff through.
