    We have been to legal foods many times as our daughter attended Boston college under grade and grad school. Sorry to say this not legal foods of old…for example my clam linguini had 3 yes 3 small clams and a sauce with no seasoning….our bill for for four was $342 dollars before tip…all in all a major disappointment.

    One of the few restaurants open on Christmas. Food was good. Service was excellent. Prices were on the higher side.

    We were in on Christmas day and it was busy. Service was excellent. I had the cod loin and my dining partner had the filet, both were seasoned and cooked well. The sides were not great. Rice pilaf was bland Brussel sprous were under cooked. We started with the stuffies which seemed to be mostly breading and were too spicy. Dessert was decent. I'd go back for holidays when restaurants are limited.

    We always enjoy the food no matter what we get. Today it was sole for me and chowder and a fish sandwich for my husband. Exactly what we were looking for on a cold day. As always, service was excellent with Trina, one of our favorite servers.

    Experience was overall good. Kitchen made a few errors on the food ( i.e. missing things, wrong type of rice, something requested on the side was not on the side), but food was good and server good too.
