    Rien à dire sur la nourriture: du goût, une présentation soignée, ... très très bien. Par contre, avec tout le staff présent en salle, et bien que le sourire et l'accueil soient présents, le service n'était pas efficace: - le vin blanc (au verre) servi un peu trop chambré à notre goût retourne dans sa vasque mais ne revient pas alors que l'entrée est servie, il faut le demander; - nous avons demandé à ce qu'une entrée à partager (une tarte) soit coupée par leurs soins, pour ne pas faire un carnage, ça n'a jamais été fait; - vin rouge (au verre) pas servi avec le plat; - les verres vides restent désespérément sur le bord de la table, attendant qu'on les reprenne; - il faut chaque fois héler (après zieutage intensif) avant d'avoir quelqu'un pour nous servir... Bref, pas très attentif et une impression de ne pas être au coeur des préoccupations. Peut-être la situation de la table (près de l'entrée)? C'était la troisième visite pour ce qui me concerne et j'espère que la prochaine fois sera plus sympa :-) Mais j'y retournerai encore (c'est trop bon!)

    Très bon moment dans un cadre magnifique! Service au top mais un petit peu rapide. Nous avons reçu les amuses-bouches avant notre apéritif puis tout s'est enchainé très rapidement. Nous aurions aimé un petit peu plus de temps pour savourer notre coupe de Champagne et ensuite entre les plats.

    Phenomenal! Truly perfection ! Joyful Surprises in every dish. The champagne and wine recommendations were perfect. The atmosphere calm and beautiful and every person at the restaurant warm, knowledgeable and delightful. Merci Le George.
