   For what you pay, you get everything you paid for and more! The food is so aromatic and flavorful whilst the service and host are always attentive. The atmosphere is very upbeat and they even have belly dancers as an intermission. You can even wear the traditional Moroccan clothing to feel the full effect. If you want an extraordinary experience complimented with great food, this place is for you!

   LOVED our immersive experience here - the belly dancer, the decor, the delicious food, and even the dress-up clothes provided. There is a choice of 3 entrees in an otherwise set menu, and all was delicious. There were 2 seatings the night we went and happily the dancer performed at our early (5:15pm) seating, which I wasn't expecting.

   The food is wonderful, but the service is too rushed to properly enjoy a 6-course meal. The experience requires at least 2 1/2 hours per seating and probably 3 hours not the 2 hours scheduled.

   We loved the friendliest of the owner and staff. Wearing Moroccan costumes was really fun and made for great photos. I was a bit put off by needing to leave a credit card for a reservation and then arriving to a less than full establishment, but being 30 minutes late due to traffic did not at all seem to bother the welcome we received. It was truly a pleasant surprise for a Maui restaurant.

   We didn’t know what to expect, however we were pleasantly surprised. From the moment we arrived we knew it was going to be different. We were greeted by a gracious host and offered the opportunity to don traditional Moroccan attire over our street clothes. The decor appeared very authentic and comfortable. The food comes as Prix Fixe 6 course menu. Each dish brought more unique ingredients and flavors to the table. We were allowed a choice of four proteins and we chose the lamb. It was tender and delicious with a plum sauce. Many vegetables were served in the various dishes. In all this was a wonderful food experience. We will be back the next time in Maui

   So much fun! Staff very friendly. Food was great! Definitely recommend this place for an incredible experience.

   I felt like I had traveled half way around the world from Maui when I stepped through the doors of Le Bazaar Moroccan Restaurant. Ornately decorated touches lent a feeling of real authenticity to the environs, starting with the layout of the restaurant itself. The room to the left was recessed in an alcove-like setting that is able to accommodate larger parties than two, while along the opposite wall, a mirror image of the alcove, but with seating for two, were beautifully painted tables with mandala-like imprints, tucked up against colorful pillow-scattered bench seating along the periphery of the room. Off to one side of the center of the room, in a straight line, sat three ornate tables with low to the ground chairs for more limber patrons. The six course meal was exquisitely divine, tantalizing the tastebuds with each new flavor to identify. (Check out the menu on their website), and the warm mint tea was deliciously soothing. The service was impeccable, and the servers were both enthusiastic, informative about the ingredients in the dishes being served, and fully attentive. From the soup at the start to the sweet confections at the end of the meal, my friend and I were treated like royalty. As if that weren’t enough, we were treated to a live bellydancing performance that was both exotic as well as sensual. Le Bazaar is truly worthy of the five stars it has earned. The owner Rick greeted us with a big smile and a warm welcome when we entered, and sent us off with a spritzing of refreshing, scented water and a hug. Where else are you treated like such prized patrons? Many thanks to the wonderful staff, who made the evening extra special by singing Happy Birthday to my friend in their native tongue. Oh, and last but not least, you can choose from an array of colorful Moroccan robes to wear over your clothing, and a fez to adorn your head. How totally FUN! 😊

    Truly a gem in South Maui. A warm welcome by Rick and upon entering the restaurant we had our pick of kaftans to wear during dinner with fez hats. A scrumptious six course fresh farm to table feast! Worthy of mentioning was the chicken pastilla pie and chicken tahini. Live belly dancing! Abdullah and Edwin were attentive and gracious in their service skills. Will recommend to everyone! Loved the experience!! Thank you!!!
