LAVO es un restaurante de la costa italiana creado para disfrutar de una experiencia gastronómica incomparable durante todo el año.
Con diseño único e incomparable conformado en 2 plantas, una terraza con techos retráctiles, ventanas plegables y un lujoso mobiliario italiano.

La cocina está dirigida por el chef Ralph Scamardella cuyo menú está balanceado en platillos inspirados en la costa del sur de Italia e influenciados por los productos del sur de California. Rinde homenaje a los clásicos italianos de LAVO y a su origen italoamericano.

La selección de bebidas incluye versiones de los cócteles clásicos junto con atrevidas bebidas de autor. El programa de vinos de LAVO complementa la inspiración italiana del restaurante y su ubicación en la costa oeste con una amplia selección de vinos del Viejo Mundo, así como vinos de las regiones más emblemáticas del Nuevo Mundo.
