Quaint little place for a quick or leisurely meal by the water with good harbour views.. Enjoy a pre dinner meal or coffee after the show. Well worth a visit. Thoroughly recommended

Service is always pleasant, but occasionally slow, particularly with dessert. Food is good. Use Lavana regularly pre-theatre. Always reliable.

As an older female diner, I seemed to be ignored by the young wait staff throughout my dining from finding it difficult to get any of their attention to get a drink while waiting for a friend, to getting our order taken. I did finally order a Margarita cocktail - don't. Definitely not worth the $24 and as an ex-bartender, I know what a good marguerita tastes like and this was not even close. Overall, even though the experience involved the above, the location and ambience of the restaurant is lovely.
