Lovely spot for dinner...handsome room, good service, but my veal scallopene with artichokes was DEAD. Really very poor. I don't know whether it was the quality of the veal or the fact that it was tasteless. My guest had the same dish and agreed. On the way out, we saw pasta dishes that looked nice...maybe stick with the pasta. This was my first time at the restaurant and I was disappointed to say the least.

Our first time at Lattanzi, but certainly not our last. The food was some of the best I've eaten. We shared warm fresh mozzarella with tomatoes, basil & onions, then bucatini amatriciana, veal saltimbocca, and finished with strawberries and zabaglione. The bottle of pino noir was good, but not great. Woke up this morning looking forward to our next meal there...

Once again, Lattanzi didn't disappoint still one of the best Italian restaurants in New York. It seems to be getting busier which is a great sign that's been found again by a new generation of patrons, quiet and respectful service just adds to the ambience and the great food.

This incredible restaurant has consistently maintained their superior quality and service for years. They are truly the gem of the theatre district and beyond. Eddie continues to deliver an un-paralleled experience as soon as you step inside. The staff is attentive and focused and harks back to a time when going out to dinner was an event. Cent'anni Lattanzi and thank you for helping to create memorable evenings together with friends and family.

It was wonderful as always. The service is very professional and the food is delicious. I had the Vegetable risotto and it is gluten free and egg free. Delicious!

We went to this bustling restaurant pre-theater, expecting a smooth and professional quick dinner to accommodate. Instead we got awful food, truly awful. And it came so slowly I couldn’t have ordered a dessert or coffee if we’d wanted to—which at that point we didnt. I don’t understand the good reviews for food or the other diners filling the place when there are so many more worthy places nearby. Don’t go unless you like watered down tomato sauce, microwaved, rubbery meat, over vinegary salad.

Waiter was rude. Non-relational. Strictly business here.
