    we asked to be moved to another table and was told it was not possible since the other tables were reserved. our table was reserved as well since we had a reservation. there were several tables open. we didn't appreciate the attitude of the hostess or her response to our request as there were several tables available. Thank you

    I was surprised to have to post a credit card for this reservation of 2! It was first (and last) time we were greeted with a very noisy but upbeat crowd and were taken to our seats We were surrounded by teenagers. The menu is very casual. Not what I wanted or expected we ate and ran out of there! Not our cup of tea we are very confused with the posting of a credit card and why they take reservations at all ??

    Convenient, always has availability for a last minute reservation. Food is fine, nothing special. The lavender martini was perfect

    Had a really solid meal at LaScala. Great appetizers followed by different pastas for all. Everyone loved their food. The restaurant is lively but not loud. My sole complaint is that they need to slow the pace a bit. We were still working on appetizers when the pastas came out. Nothing had been cleared. It felt very rushed. We sat at the table at 6:25 and had paid our check less than an hour later.

    As always the food and service were excellent!! Despite not being that crowded it is a bit noisy but still a nice place to eat.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our first dinner at LaScala’s Fire. The food was delicious and the server was attentive and professional. He did a good job of explaining a few things about the menu that we might not have thought to ask. The calamari was very good and was a large portion, great for sharing. The spinach and feta salad was the best I’ve had lately and also great for sharing. The angel hair pasta with crab was perfectly cooked and had a very tasty sauce, although I would have preferred more crab; that seemed a bit lacking for the price. If you’re looking for a lively, bustling place with great food and service, this is it. It is loud and bright, so I would not recommend for a quiet or romantic night out. The only thing I didn’t like was being seated in the general vicinity of the door, which left us feeling cold throughout dinner. All else was great.
