   Really enjoyed the food, very healthy. Maybe the portions are a little small? Great drinks selection and the staff and venue are fantastic

   Nice busy atmosphere but food was less to be desired. Menu is expensive with avocado on toast as a steep £17! I ordered the chicken pancakes and the pancakes were completely raw inside, undercooked and doughy. This was replaced quickly but the replacement, although cooked through, was dense and heavy, not a light pancake you would expect. My friend also had the same experience of these being dense and we could not finish. Definitely not worth the hiked up prices!

   I have had this table for 11 booked for a week but when we turned up they hadnt organised our table and we had to wait whilst they pulled some tables together. It was also a tight fit sat next to those at the bar. Plus there were many things not on the menu. Turning up for dinner to find there is only 1 steak and no potatoes. Not sure I’d return again with a group as it felt like we inconvenienced them.

   Overpriced coffees. ‘Bottomless coffee and juice option only available if all individuals at table have it. This inflexibility and not trusting an individual customer won’t share bottomless option if selected didn’t sit well with me

   Service was abysmal. I feel sorry for our waiter as he was trying his best but he was so overworked that: - food was 20 mins delays - drinks were 45 mins delayed and my (regular) cappuccino arrived after my food finished. The rest of the table's drinks never arrived even after chasing twice. After which we just cancelled them. - we called for the bill 3 times, total wait time for bill of 25 minutes. The first time the bill came still had the drinks on it even after they said they'd strike it off given they never arrived. Additionally we noted that some other table's food was sat on the pass for 25 minutes and the waiters still served it... Again nothing against our waiter but the restaurant needs to work on their staffing given how poorly the service went.

   Generally a great place for brunch and interesting well put together meals. Our only issue was that we were ignored for the first 15 minutes and struggled to order some much needed caffeine but once we managed to convince someone to take our order, the staff were very attentive.

   I had higher hopes, however, this is not the place for dinner. The extremely pared back menu from the usual selection offered little choice and quite expensive for the portions provided. The salmon was extremely small and the schnitzel bland. Little “Australian” about the dinner. Despite asking for a simple old fashioned was told the bar couldn’t possibly deviate from the menu (despite it being very simple) and when asked if I could add ice cream to a dessert was first told it wasn’t allowed and then corrected and a single scoop provided on a separate plate for £2. A 14% service charge was added for very poor and slow service and then asked if I wanted to pay another tip on top. The pay at the table option then offered no way to remove the “discretionary service charge” (clearly at their discretion) and wanted you to pay a further £1.99 fee for the pleasure of paying for your meal. I shan’t be returning and extremely disappointing.

   Outstanding service and nice environment. The food was tasty but portions were relatively small and prices on the higher end. Drinks were good.
