   It is always a pleasure dining here. The decor is stylish and atmosphere conducive to talking as well as eating; We recently brought visiting American friends and they loved it. We have also brought friends from the inner west of Sydney and they loved it too! The food was very good and the service was excellent. Thank you for what you do!

   Always fabulous service and wonderful food. Excellent consistency of quality especially the coffee. Brunch is always a great experience here.

   We both had the crumbed calamari which came with a large amount of chips (which was not listed on the menu) and a relatively small serving of dry, overcooked crumbed calamari. The service was inattentive. The coffee was good.

   Staff were pleasantly attentive and good humoured. The four of us had different meals which were well presented and tasty. In all a wonderful dining experience. Recommended it to friends already.

   The main criticism is a very limited Gluten free menu. We come regularly for coffee scones & gf biscuits but can’t always have a gf salad!!!

   Hi. L'Americano is a lovely place to have breakfast or lunch. It is a unique setting as it is next to a big Woolworths and in Coco Republic BUT the restaurant is very elegant and feels like your somewhere posh. My only complaint was the service. We were a party of 3 for a friend's birthday breakfast. One friend's food (eggs, toast, bacon - nice serving) came out right away while we waited 20 more minutes for mine and then an additional 10 minutes for my other friend who they had totally forgotten her order. So all 3 of us ate at the same table at different times which was very disappointing for a birthday breakfast. We also had 3 different waiters coming and going to our table and none of them knew what the other was doing. They were confused about our food and we were frustrated too. If the setting and food wasn't good I wouldn't recommend as the service was awful. I will try again and hope it's better.

    Both my Wife and I ordered the steak sandwich, this was probably the worst steak i have ever received at a restaurant in Australia. The steak had obviously been precooked then reheated, it was like a piece of shoe leather. The coffee was to the restaurant's normal standard, the staff were prompt to serve us and very polite, shame about the food.
