   Environment/View is great, but the food we ordered is toooo salty and expensive, not valuable if you just want to enjoy the food.

   Thank you TJ for the world class service we have always enjoyed at all of the Fairmont properties. Ryan’s table side Caesar salad presentation is entertaining to watch & so delicious to eat. Thank you also Mackenzie for the private tour of The Gold Lounge. We will definitely be back.

   Everything was perfect and delicious. The manager and our server were absolutely fabulous. They made our anniversary lunch very special, and we had a wonderful day. The snow just topped it off!

   Gorgeous location worth the drive. We were here March 26th. Great food & service with beautiful views. Great self parking that connects to the lobby.

   Visited the restaurant to celebrate my wife’s birthday. I had made a reservation 1–2 weeks in advance and specifically requested a window seat. I was informed that while they couldn’t guarantee it, they would try their best—which I understood. However, upon arrival, we were seated at a non-window table, even though several window seats became vacant within minutes. I politely asked the waitress if we could move to one of the now-empty window tables, but she declined, stating that since we had already been seated, changes couldn't be made. This was before we had even placed our order, and the restaurant was far from full. I then approached the manager, explained the situation again, and mentioned that it was a special occasion and that I had noted the window seat request when booking. He also refused, saying it would be complicated to shift us after being seated. Strangely, just a bit later, I witnessed another guest, a woman with a child, request to be moved to a window seat—and her request was accommodated without issue. This inconsistency in policy was disappointing and frankly unfair. If guest preferences can be honored when possible, they should be honored for everyone, not selectively. To add to the underwhelming experience, the food was average, the ambiance nothing special, and the service left much to be desired. Unfortunately, it felt like money wasted on a day that was supposed to be special. Won’t be returning.

   Dining at Lakeview Lounge was an unforgettable experience. The stunning view of Lake Louise, framed by majestic mountains, created the perfect backdrop. Service was impeccable—warm, attentive, and professional. The food was beautifully presented and full of flavor, making every bite a delight. I recommend the Cottage Elk Pie! If you’re visiting Lake Louise, this restaurant is a must for its breathtaking scenery, outstanding service, and exceptional cuisine.

    Came to Lakeview for lunch with my daughter from Canmore. Wanted to see the views and have a beautiful lunch. Steak was outstanding, cocktail selection was great, and both the ambiance and service were perfection. Thank you so much for having us!
