   We had a very enjoyable time at the Lake Terrace Sunday Brunch at the Broadmoor. Everyone we interacted with pleasant and helpful. Our server Bridget was attentive and so on top of things for us, our glasses were never empty, and she kept checking in for any special requests. Tristan, Jessica, and Miguel, three standout members of the kitchen staff, manning some of the stations, were so engaging and a delight to speak to as we were getting food made to order. You could tell they were enjoying their jobs and wanted to ensure a delightful experience. We enjoyed the variety of food options, from traditional breakfast items and made to order omelets, to the prime rib station, everything was well presented and looked amazing. It was hard to decide on what to eat, there were so many good choices The food tasted fresh and well-seasoned, the breakfast potatoes were excellent, and my husband had at least 4 servings of the shrimp ceviche, which he said was the best thing out there. The desert station was of course the icing on the cake, and I wanted to try it all, and even though Jessica said I was totally able to do that, I knew I wasn't going to eat them all, but it was a hard decision. Bananas Foster and the Almond Cherry Cheesecake were divine, and I do not regret my life choice there. Champagne is included, so mimosas were a must for us, and as I said Bridget made sure I wasn't without. Plan for a couple of hours to enjoy and savor the experience, we will definitely return again.

   Always very good and pleasant meal. Nice walk around the grounds after As of Jan 2025 Brunch is $110 per adult and 20% service charge.

   Enjoyed our post-Holiday "gift" to each other. The Staff, especially Anesu, was very attentive and kept our plates cleared and our bottom-less Mimosas filled. Food was delicious and the many carving/attended stations were staffed by welcoming and smiling staff. The Green Chile Casserole was amazing! Miss the crab claws of past years! Enjoyed walking the grounds afterwards. Will definitely be back!

   It's our place to go for our yearly celebration. I was looking for the yummy cheese blitzes and they said they are only on the regular menu. They had several made and brought to our table. Everything is tasty, good variety, and beautifully presented. Love the mimosas.

   Too much time spent turned around in my chair, flagging down random servers to clear plates, provide coffee refills and take drink orders ( cocktail ordered took more than 20 min to reach table, discouraging others from ordering) shrimp was over cooked and tough, was unable to cut through the end cut of the prime rib, medium rare cuts were cold and also tough. Pastry breads were dry and stale tasting, pecan pie was as hard as a rock. I thought I was investing in a beautiful finish to our holiday week together with guests but instead this experience left everyone feeling disappointed.

   Lovely room and food was good but not great. Service was not what I remembered from previous visits. We had used plates on the table for a long time and we waited quite a while for our waiter.

   This annual family celebration was once again most memorable due to the amazing culinary selections and wonderful service! We especially found our server, Mighty from Botswana, to be exceptionally helpful, thoughtful, efficient and so very interesting and well spoken. She should be elevated to trainer of all staff! And of course all the holiday lights and decor make it such an occasion to remember. Thanks, Broadmoor!

    Impeccable service and delicious food! So much to choose from or in our case, we chose it all!!! From the moment we drove up we were greeted with smiles and hospitality! We walked around the property and everyone was so nice and happy! Very much worth it and we’re going to make it a December tradition! Missing crab and lobster that I remembered from years ago but sushi, shrimp and oysters were fantastic!
