   Really disappointing 😞 Slow service and food wasn't what we had experienced in the past. Prices have also gone through the roof!! We won't be returning

   The food was amazing. Really high quality. But. The staffing levels were all wrong. The greeter was obsessed with making wait staff prep tables for arriving guests, meaning no one was served. 30 minutes before we were served. 45 minutes from arrival for drinks. Over an hour for food. Order wasn't correct, but what we had was amazing. We were compensated, and wait staff when they had a second were really apologetic and embarrassed. Lots of tables left mid service It was 5.30 on a Saturday so hardly the height of the dinneer service time. Can't say if it was like this regularly, it was busy but not full.

   Good morning Richard, Our apologies for the negative experience regarding the waiting time on food and drinks, after some investigation checking our booking system and consulting the manager and waiters on duty, we confirmed a fully booked restaurant between 5 pm and 6 pm. Don't take this fact as a excuse for your negative experience, we take all the feedback very serious and in a way that we can improve and do better, hope this situation don't stop to visit us and give us the opportunity to prove that was one single not so positive day.    Front of house dismissive and unhelpful we had booked a table and was seated on a poorly positioned table - we asked if we could move however, he would not seat us elsewhere as “they were all allocated”- it was clear this was not the case as he was giving the tables to those casually calling in. This meant that when four very loud customers sat on the next table, we were unable to conduct a conversation. Just a difficult, moody Basil Fawlty kind of person. Food was ok, price was too high for what we had - very disappointing won’t go again or recommend. There are much better Tapas restaurants in Manchester that deliver great service and food - DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

   I had a wonderful and delicious meal here with my daughter. We ordered 6 of the small tapas which was plenty between the two of us. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The whole place had a lovely warm atmosphere. Highly recommended.

    The standard of food has gone down considerably. Some dishes were cold and portion size is very small.
