    La experiencia fue incredible desde el recivimiento haciendonos sentir en casa,conforme pasaba el tiempo fuimos envolviéndonos en la atmósfera hasta el punto que llegó el gerente Juan Carlos y nos preguntó sobre nuestra experiencia a lo cual fue algo muy interesante ya que ningún otro lugar se preocupa por preguntar ese tipo de detalles , haciéndonos sentir que lo primordial es el brindar el mejor servicio, si vas a la Vicenta pregunta por Juan Carlos no te arrepentirás

    Excelente lugar para ir a comer en pareja, las hamburguesas muy buenas y los tacos de asada y el postre de temporada está muy delicioso todo, nos comentaron que tienen banda en vivo el sábado así que regresaremos sin duda a escucharlos y disfrutar del buen servicio que nos dieron Marco Y Lupita💓😁

    La experiencia en el restaurante La Vicenta en Playa del Carmen fue decepcionante. Desde el primer momento, el trato del gerente, Juan Carlos un pelón alto que usa ropa que le queda chica, dejó mucho que desear. Al llegar, nos dijeron que el lugar estaba lleno y que solo había una mesa disponible, pero con la condición de que teníamos que comprar una botella. Sin embargo, al mirar a nuestro alrededor, nos dimos cuenta de que el lugar estaba casi vacío. Decidimos hacer una reservación diez minutos después de este incidente y, sorprendentemente, nos dejaron entrar sin ningún problema, demostrando que sí había mesas disponibles. Esta situación no solo fue incómoda, sino que también nos hizo sentir discriminados. La falta de coherencia y la actitud del gerente generaron una mala impresión de un lugar que podría haber sido una buena opción para cenar. Sin duda, no recomendaría La Vicenta a quienes busquen un trato respetuoso y un servicio honesto.

    Let me start by saying that the menu online is not the real menu. Many of the dishes that drew us to this restaurant do not actually exist when you get there. That was very disappointing. The menu is far more limiting. Having said that, the food that we did have was good and we had a very good time While we were there.  they were playing very good music and then had a live band. Service was a bit slow, but we weren’t in a rush.

    Vibe, decor, and music were awesome so this place has a ton of potential. Unfortunately, every dish that came out were well flavored, but were cold and the service was very mediocre. A few tweaks in this place could be fantastic.
