    La experiencia en el restaurante La Vicenta en Playa del Carmen fue decepcionante. Desde el primer momento, el trato del gerente, Juan Carlos un pelón alto que usa ropa que le queda chica, dejó mucho que desear. Al llegar, nos dijeron que el lugar estaba lleno y que solo había una mesa disponible, pero con la condición de que teníamos que comprar una botella. Sin embargo, al mirar a nuestro alrededor, nos dimos cuenta de que el lugar estaba casi vacío. Decidimos hacer una reservación diez minutos después de este incidente y, sorprendentemente, nos dejaron entrar sin ningún problema, demostrando que sí había mesas disponibles. Esta situación no solo fue incómoda, sino que también nos hizo sentir discriminados. La falta de coherencia y la actitud del gerente generaron una mala impresión de un lugar que podría haber sido una buena opción para cenar. Sin duda, no recomendaría La Vicenta a quienes busquen un trato respetuoso y un servicio honesto.

    Vibe, decor, and music were awesome so this place has a ton of potential. Unfortunately, every dish that came out were well flavored, but were cold and the service was very mediocre. A few tweaks in this place could be fantastic.

    The bottle of wine we ordered was not in stock. There was a big push for an upsell and with the manager’s help we settled on a Different bottle and of course it was more money. The food came cold. The French fries were not a generous portion. Overall, the experience is not what we have had at other Anderson Group restaurants.

    The steak is so so good. We highly recommend getting the 17oz to share between 2 people. And you can share the salads too because they are also big. It’s loud but that’s because it’s open to the street so you are hearing all the neighbors and street performances. They do 2 for 1 when it comes to alcohol drinks so pick your drink accordingly. Overall, fantastic food. The servers were so nice. A great experience.
