   Wow! What a dining experience! Paul was knowledgeable and attentive with great recommendations! Lauren, our server, was sweet, kind, and made the evening special. Oh, and the food was prepared and seasoned perfectly! The ratatouille (a side item) should be its own dish. It is out of this world. I have never had anything like it. Cheers to the entire staff at La Nouvelle Bistro for a memorable evening. We will be back!

   We truly had an exceptional dining experience on the veranda. The food was as fine as we expected with all guests having flavorful and well executed selections- Duck, Boeuf Bouregionne and fish. The overall ambiance was delightful as well as the staff was attentive and conversational- worth additional return visits.

   Excellent service on the meal items and wine selection. The food was very good. Nice home made you feel like you’re in France! My highest recommendation.

   I love the place, beautiful, peaceful Service was amazing but the price was very expensive for very small portion … very small piece of fois gras 😞 with dry fruit …

   We had an incredible evening celebrating our 27th wedding anniversary! We started with the Lobster Bisque and everyone raved about it. Our friends had the black sea bass and we had the wagu wet aged New York strip and duck fat potatoes! We wrapped up the evening with the creme brûlée! Everything was out of this world including the customer service. Thank you so much to the wonderful staff at La Nouvelle!
