Once owned by Gérard Depardieu, we're reopening the doors of this Parisian institution after renovation (by interior designer Lázaro Rosa Violán), under the aegis of the Fitz Group. Fitz Group has chosen the talent and personality of young chef Marie-Victorine Manoa. At the age of 30, Marie-Victorine Manoa has worked at the most demanding pianos, from René Redzepi's Noma in Copenhagen to Daniel Humm's Eleven Madison Park in New York, and Alex Atala's D.O.M in Sao Paulo.

Excellent food and service. The prices are much higher than published on Open Table.
I would say entrees average at £20 and main courses £35.
Wine prices are very high.

An absolutely fantastic dining experience! Every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The escargot was rich and perfectly seasoned, while the mussel soup had a wonderful depth of flavor with a delightful crunch that added great texture. When we booked the table we had to pay 40 euro in advance to secure the booking and this would be withdrawn from the bill at the restaurant. We acknowledge today that this never was taken off the bill and the 40 euro is still missing at our account. Emailed the restaurant who never replied.

We paid an abhorrent amount of money eh for a set menu here on NYE. I can’t explain how horrible the experience was. They skipped courses without so much as a thought. When we pointed out that they had skipped courses, they walked away and offered the course after serving dessert, at 1:00am. We asked for the course to just be refunded- to which it was refused. They said because it was a set menu they couldn’t give any money back. No problem, are you able to take off a portion of the drinks we ordered separately- no can do sorry. Then they brought out the dessert. Baked Alaska straight out of a dry ice freezer as far as I’m concerned. Would very much recommend elsewhere. I never usually review…

Malheureusement la table était dans un coin où certains serveurs me cognaient sans faire exprès mais après quelques fois, cela devenait ennuyeux.
Ils se sont excusés mais bon, je pense que cette table devrait être repensée …

The food and service was impeccable. To start, we had the herring and escargot, both of which were incredible. The herring was not what I expected, but it proved all doubt wrong as it was delectable. The escargot was more tender than what I’ve had before. For our mains, my friend, probably had the most tender and delicious feel that was crispy on the outside. I had a superb beef tartare which exceeded my expectations. My waiter Antoine was knowledgeable and lively and gave excellent wine suggestions.
