   Such a unique experience. From the decor to the menu. We keep it simple - salad, cheese fondue and of course, a dark chocolate extravaganza for desert. Service is efficient and friendly. I know people think of La Fondue as a special occasion place, but it really shouldn't be.

   This establishment really needs to sort its reception area out to accomodate people who have to wait due to bad planning on the part of the restaurant. Seats and the ability to purchase drinks would be a good start !! Next - MAKE SURE ALL Tables are in an area which has adequate heating - we were indoors but the area was VERY cold. A few SMALL changes would bring this restaurant back to a prestige experience - right now it is not.

   The seating is super uncomfortable. Service was great. Cheese and chocolate was amazing. The meat was just ok. The lobster was so salty it was inedible. The steak was not very tasty.

   I’m sorry to post a fairly mid review. We love Fondue. We’ve been going there for over 25 years, before its current location. And I know last night was hard for the staff the day before Valentine’s Day…. But things just weren’t up to their usual standards. There were a couple very long breaks in service. But what really threw us was we were out on the patio, and the chairs were teetering on this really uncomfortable slope between where the level restaurant ended and what was supposed to be a smooth ramp down, began. I found myself teetering on a slope all night, and it actually hurt my back. I was able to get my wife at the top on some level ground so she was OK. It wasn’t a complete disaster. But honestly, they just shouldn’t be a table hanging over a drop like that. We’ll still likely go back for special occasions, but I’m never taking another outside reservation slot again. Also, over the years of the Table side experience has degraded, if you had leftovers are used to make a nice show of packaging everything together that they just sent you boxes. Had to ask multiple time for pretzel bread… All little things, but when you paying over $100 a person to cook your own food it starts to seem like a dubious proposition, when it moves back out of experience and just to restaurant.

   So great for a rare treat! We spend 3 hours for pur party of 4 so it was the nights main event plus delicious and fresh food. I always try not to fill up on the amazing spinach salad but fail it is so darn good and I’m not sure why.

   Chelsea and Jill were amazing the place would be nothing without them 2. They make every visit there unforgettable . They could clone them and have them everywhere it would make the service industry perfect. If they ever leave I’ll die. My wife and I love their service. Food and atmosphere was amazing as always.     We had a wonderful dinner at La Fondue! The fondue experience was fun and unique, and the servers were incredibly friendly. The restaurant is in a great neighborhood with a beautiful interior, making it a perfect spot for a special evening. As a small business owner myself, I’d like to share some thoughts on the challenges restaurants face. Over the past six years, my business insurance and utility costs have increased by 100%, and I understand that every business is dealing with rising operational expenses. Restaurants in particular, are part of the service industry, it’s unfair to compare the price of food in a restaurant to its price in a grocery store. Restaurants have additional costs, especially maintaining skilled servers and providing a high-quality dining experience. That said, La Fondue is worth every penny for the exceptional experience and service they provide!
