   I had halibut and shrimp with asparagus risotto and a strawberry sauce. It was one of the most delicious meals that I have ever had. The bonus was that it was also gluten free which is a necessity for me.

   We dine here several times a year and always have great meal. You should consider spacing tables of diners rather than grouping them next to each other, early on, so the noise level is reduced.

   The service and staff were great. Views amazing. Unfortunately our food was not. This was not my first dinner here. In the past the food was good. Last night it was not. My fish was inedible. My husband had chicken parm which is hard to mess up but even that was disappointing.

   This is a great spot. Food is authentic. Location is great. There are tables that face the windows with an ocean view. BYOB.

    We were greeted warmly by the staff and recognized as repeat customers. Food, as always, was delicious. It started with warm from the oven bread with their selection of olives in balsamic, butter, and pesto for dipping. We ordered the Burrata and the salad special followed by the veal piccata and chicken la Scarpariello. All of this was brought to the table at a perfect pace and empty dishes were promptly cleared. A very enjoyable evening. La Finestra continues to be a favorite for “date night” and a good meal with friends!
