   No valet, no signs for the elevator, no help at all on the phone, no greetings at the door, no one spoke English, table was wobbly and the table was placed terribly and was 1000%% a fire hazard someone please shut this down!!! service sucked and they brought us the wrong food I should’ve listened to the reviews and not come!!!

   Fuimos a La Fernetería con mucha ilusión y nos llevamos una gran decepción. Básicamente, este lugar es el equivalente a abrir la heladera con hambre y encontrar solo hielo y luz. No tenían Aperol, no tenían varias carnes, no tenían algunas pastas... y lo más insólito: NO TENÍAN FERNET. Sí, en La Fernetería. El mesero nos preguntaba todo el tiempo si queríamos ordenar, pero cada vez que pedíamos algo, no había. Terminamos jugando al "A ver qué sí tienen", porque parecía un menú de colección más que uno real. La comida estuvo ok y los tragos que sí logramos conseguir estaban ricos, pero la experiencia general fue pésima. No volveríamos.

   We went to lunch early. Only 2 tables were with customers. Service was very poor. They forgot to bring a dish. Asked for ketchup multiple times never came. The restaurant was empty. No excuse for a bad service. Even though is a new restaurant, the seat cushions were old and musky. Not coming back. Advertising that it is on a terrace, the view is block with plants. So you can hardly see Miami.

   Great spot for special occasions! La ferneteria is an energetic trendy spot, perfect for some drinks, or a birthday dinner. Food was great, considering this is a rooftop bar in Wynwood. My only concern is the service, our waiter took our order, food arrived, and he disappeared for the rest of the night, and we had to wait more than 40min for our check. Overall, fair experience, make sure to make a reservation!!

   Just don’t go. We sat and after 25 minutes one waiter decided to help us. He was rude and got offended when we got frustrated because they did not have the beverages available nor the plates. He decided to leave us unattended. We talked to the manager and another waiter tried to help us. To make this long story short, after 3 hours we only got our main dishes because we had already complained 4 times. A disaster. Just save your money and time and go somewhere else.

   I didn’t eat we have to left , first of all no valet parking , we have to park super far away, when we get there poor service, we got the table 30 minutes to serves us water and then 1 hour no one ask us what we want they ask others tables that got there after us because they look that they are rich , please I have the money to go there an eat , they didn’t look at us allow , so we decide to left no one asking nothing like they don’t care only the lady on the front downstairs , worst place ever , I’m used to go out fancy restaurant or any type , travel around the world but never feel so disappointed to a place like that one

    Food was fantastic and our waiter Asher was awesome. Restaurant was super cool and area was very lively. 10/10 recommend
