   We have been coming to Nosara for 6 years and Cosecha is such a wonderful addition to the community and a splendid option for a special occasion. Chef Collin spent a good amount of time with us discussing menu, etc. Such a cool guy. Food was spectacular using the best the region has to offer. Highly recommend.

   I enjoyed a 3 course dining experience at La Cosecha on a recent trip to Nosara, each course was creative, amazingly fresh and more delicious than the last. Chef Colin Patterson and his talented team have truly created something special and absolutely worth a visit.

   It's been years since I've had a meal like this one. I felt renewed and happy, instead of heavy and disappointed as I feel at other restaurants. In fact, right after having dinner here, I told my wife that I wanted to go and have what was my favorite dish at another restaurant (yes, I was very hungry that day!). So I went to have the fish meatballs in broth and it felt greasy and nasty, so there's a before and after. The attention to detail is superhuman. For the first time in our life together of 14 years, 4 houses, 2 kids, 2 dogs, I heard my wife say "I hope this dish never ends". I guess it is pricier than other restaurants but this is real food made with love that you can taste. We used to go out to dinner 2-3 times a week. I could totally cut down on that to have one very special dinner at La Cosecha every once in a while.

   This is our second visit to La Cosecha, and it definitely didn’t disappoint. The food was creative, beautiful and delicious. It’s a must for dinner if you’re visiting Nosara.

   This is an absolute can't miss dining experience. I have been coming to Nosara for a few years and have my favorite dining places but this is now the top of the list. Truly unbelievable food and the wine pairings are perfect! Thank you for an amazing memory. We can't wait to come back. !!

   We live in Nosara and this is by far the best restaurant in a 100 mile radius This is Michelin quality conscious food! All ingredients are organic, meats are free range or grass fed, just amazing all around We’ve already been 3 times in the last month in a half lol !

   A creative, delicious, well-paced set menu. Colin exudes a passion and respect for the farmers and all people and ingredients that make the food possible. We had both the mocktail and the wine pairings. My only "complaint" was that those could have been smaller servings, was completely full before the final course. Highly recommend!

    Appreciate the effort to bring fine dining to Nosara. Dishes look nice and I am hopeful the taste and ingredients will catch-up to match the vision and the price.
