La Cabrera by Gastón Riveira, the internationally acclaimed and multi-award-winning restaurant from Argentina, recently opened its second location in Miami. Gastón Riveira decided to undertake this journey despite the economic challenges in his country because he had a clear vision: he wanted to transform the typical Buenos Aires grill into something that would stand out, not only because of the quality of the product but also by providing a unique and unforgettable experience. “La Cabrera is a creative space where I can express myself and explore new dishes, but it is also the place where I take pleasure in not only revamping and improving but also diversifying the classic dishes that I am so passionate about.” The secret lies in our grilling methods, using special techniques and constantly experimenting with new ideas. Food and service were excellent! Meat portions are large enough to share, did not try any of their side dishes as we ordered gnocchi’s in addition to our meat to share, they were great but portion was in the small side for being a main dish. Will definitely return!
