Kudu is a friendly neighbourhood restaurant in the heart of Peckham.
Our menu is shaped by the seasons, creative plates that combine the very best produce with a splash of imagination to give familiar dishes a playful twist.
Our South African roots inspire our food - whether that's slow cooking in a potjie pot over hot coals, or baking our delicious Kudu bread. Sourced as much as possible from local suppliers, we celebrate hunters & foragers and gather what we can from our own herb garden and vegetable plot.
Kudu is a couple team- Amy Corbin & Patrick Williams - brought together by our love of good food and a closely held dream to create a special place where we can share our favourite dishes with friends, family and neighbours.

I was hoping for more South African inspired dishes - had it not been for the bread, biltong and one potjie dish I wouldnt have known it was South African. The food was delicious and tasty and well prepared.

Incredible meal, the kudu bread is a must have! We sat at the counter which I recommend for 2 people. This is my second time and won’t be the last

We went for lunch and initially were a bit disappointed at the smaller lunch menu - but we needn't have been! We ordered the onglet (for 2) and veg braai to share and every single bite was so mindblowingly amazing. One of the best meals we've had in London so far. Will definitely be back for dinner. The service was very lovely too.

What an amazing place !!! The food was so so good everything we tried was delicious. Full of different and surprising flavors. The bread, the asparagus, the onion Tatin, the Onglet... Moreover the restaurant is so charming and romantic. The ambiance is very nice. I cannot wait to come back.

A great find. The food was excellent - really different tastes, beautifully presented - great to see the chefs at work behind the bar and loved meeting Elsa the dog who came in right at the end of the evening. Don't worry if you are not a fan of dogs in restaurants - she isn't there most of the time, but we left late and are dog lovers any way - and she is beautiful!

Unexpectedly fabulous and unusual food. Perfect bavette steak with extraordinary mushrooms and delicate vegetable purée amongst the highlights. Also excellent smoke-infused cocktail as aperitif. Would go out of my way to revisit.

Took my Mum to Kudu on Mother’s Day for brunch. Had a wonderful meal served by great people and at an affordable price. Thanks Kudu. Mum loved it.
