   It was a lovely experience. But I wasn't expecting the igloo to be made of a plastic tent. I was expecting a sturdier construct. But maybe I was mistaken. Other than that it was nicely done. It was quiet enough, the ambience was lovely. Wish it could have been a little warmer though.

   For $20 a person I think the price is steep since food is not included and if you purchase from one of the surrounding places there will be a wait even for takeout. We got to our igloo 10 min late as we had to find parking and our food takeout was running behind (we preordered 25 min ahead of time for two rolls of sushi). So we really only got to spend 45 minutes as you only get 55 minutes and it went by so fast. I’d say give people the full 60 minutes so if they are running a bit behind or the food is taking awhile you can still get the full experience. Also maybe offer a discount code for the surrounding food places since you promote purchasing food there. The igloo itself is decorated cute and has blankets, the lights were cute but they had to turn our lights off for half the time we were in the igloo to regenerate. Just make sure the experience for everyone is the same as we felt kind of cheated without the lights on. If you wanted to take good photos it wasn’t the best without the lights.

   This is overall a great experience and idea. However, the timing should be on the lines of restaurant with 90 minutes instead of 55 minutes. Lastly, we charged 20.00 dollars for reservation at 4:00pm but on the website it clearly said 12-4 the charge is 15.00. It should have said, after 4:00pm is 20.00 dollars. Please be more clear with marketing.

   We really enjoyed our time there. It’s very private, clean and welcoming. We got food from Bahamas Breeze and if you tell them you going to Igloo they will give you a free appetizer. We stayed one hour just chatting and eating in a heated Igloo . First Timers and will do it again.
