   Food is always good here. However, we had reservations for valentines and they were so busy. They’d moved tables around and didn’t inform the waitstaff so we had to wait 15+ minutes before anyone even acknowledged we were there. Our waitress explained the situation, so we know it wasn’t her fault. Management should have told staff beforehand how the tables were going to be rearranged.

   After waiting for an hour we had not received our food and ended up having to go to another restaurant. On top of that, the music was too loud and the staff was inattentive.

   Went for a date with my S/O and we enjoyed the food! It was cooked perfectly and seasoned well. The music was great he and I were dancing a little during dinner. Our server was super chill and attentive, he payed attention to details we didn’t even think about as well! I forgot his name and I feel terrible but he knows he did good!

   Very expensive for what you get. Just ok. Better options out there. Would have rated higher if prices were 30% cheaper.

    Although the food was good, my order was wrong but it was delivered to table and waitress left before we could tell her then proceeded to not come back and check on us till we were done. Manager gave us a free desert for the mistake. Food is somewhat overpriced. NYE and the restaurant was almost empty. I like Kona and I hope they can improve.
