    Set Tasting Menu. Guests sitting at the same table are required to have the same set menu. For groups of 6 and above please give us a call or send us an email. A 10% service charge applies for groups of 6 and above. Due to the nature of the menu and the ingredients used to create them, we are unable to accommodate any dietary requirements. We kindly ask guests to arrive on time for their reservation. Please note there is a 48-hour cancellation policy. Cancellation within 48 hours before your reservation will incur a $165 charge per person. Rescheduling within 48 hours will incur a $50 fee per person. A 10% surcharge applies on Sundays.

    Everything was good but we don’t like the canapes as there is no balancing on the flavour. Caesar Bouquet: the dressing doesn’t cover all so the last few bite only taste the mesclun or lettuce Egg tart: only taste Parmesan nothing at all Fried bao was excellent eventho a bit dry Tomato : no taste and no texture at all, too sour; clearly just fresh tomato taste and the wonton it’s not crispy (soggy) The Jus on wagyu was perfect. Cheers

    I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and was prepared for high expectations of quality, but a potential for being let down with various reviews implying the food was overpriced, small quantity and subpar quality. Can I assure you this was not the case. This was my first experiential dining and I was amazed by the design, layout, textures, accompaniments, flavours and vibrancy. This was a special treat I’d saved up for and had planned years in advance, and I can definitely say I do not regret it. My only constructive feedback was the auto surprise of being charged for tap water ($4) and elocution when presenting each dish.

    The food and service were both outstanding. Unsure why we had to have such an early seating as there was no one else at the chefs table for 1.5 hours. Also would be great if they had mocktail options.

    Great value for money, faultless food, and service. If anything, I think just the ambiance needs improvement. Overall I enjoyed KOI Experential more than Oncore, and Nel. 1000/10

    Amazing dishes a treat for the taste buds and each dish is carefully curated to highlight its ingredients. Portion was just nice for us ladies.
