My daughter had the lobster tempera, my granddaughter the Korean short ribs and I had the Spanish seafood stew. All were fabulous.

The food is delicious- we had the lumpia and venison appetizers-yummy. Then we both had the lemongrass mahi - perfection. Christina made the evening most pleasant. A very delicious dinner Expensive for sure

1700 reservation for 2 locals who live in Honolulu. Plane arrived at 1500…dinner at 1700. Place was empty except bar….on time arrival. Held up from seating as the social media photographer was taking pictures of the special at our table. No big deal. I’m an understanding person. Table behind us got seated at same time. No drinks to order…water is fine…order both pupu and main to get the ball rolling. Pupu didn’t arrive until 1730. By this time we are wondering why it’s taking so long…place isn’t packed. Tons of attentive waitstaff around. Water glass is always refilled. Pupus were great…mains arrived. Venison was cold and overcooked. My salad was overdressed. As locals I understand the tourist prices we are going to pay…but service could be so much quicker…venison most likely sat for way too long post cook.

Banana bread was AMAZING! Honey lavender shrimp was also a favorite. Drinks were pricey for being average.

Everything was great! . Excellant service and food quality. Nice live soothing music. Do yourself a favor if you are staying in wailea and skip overpriced restaurants like Morimotos and give this a try.
