   I loved the vibes & our waitress Amber was bomb as hell !! They did run out of lobster so I couldn’t get what I originally wanted, the pork chops were good but overcooked. The collard green dip was amazing & the drinks TOP tier.

   When we were seated, it took a while for the server to arrive. Once she arrived,we wanted regular watertight lemon to drink, then we put in our drink orders, appetizer orders, and entrée orders. I wanted the Surf & Turf, but they were out of lobster. So I asked the server to come back a little later so I could choose another entrée. She then just disappeared. We drank the water and waited over 30 minutes for the server to return. We had nothing to drink, and I still didn't give her my entrée choice. When she did finally check on us, I had to remind her that I still hadn't ordered yet. It was at that time, 30 minutes later, that my drink order finally came. We then realized that neither the appetizers nor the entrée for my wife was put in, so we waited and waited first for the appetizers, then the entrées to come while we sat with an empty table and active appetites. We ordered the k+k gumbo, which comes with a crab claw, but they don't pre-crack the crab claw, nor do they provide anything to crack the crab with. When my entrée came, one of the sides I ordered wasn't delivered with my meal. When the server brought the meal, I informed him that it was missing, then my regular server, then the floor manager, and it never came, so I told them that I didn't want it anymore. I have been here before for brunch, and everything was excellent. Coming here during the Valentine's Day weekend and having this poor service was beyond a disappointment.

   Visited this spot from NYC with my friend! We loved it! However we did not know about the service fee which was 20% included in our overall meal so that was strange. We didn’t think the pricing of the food was worth it though the food was super tasty!

   My Wife and I went here for Valentine's Day dinner (on Saturday) and it was a pretty good experience. We were sat promptly downstairs, it was really cute! The dj was on point and the hosts/managers checked in with the guests throughout the evening which was appreciated. We love the decor and all the black art!! Food: I had the Kajun Kreme Pasta which was pretty good. The breading for the fried crab leg was a bit salty. My wife had the Short Ribs with mashed potatoes and broccoli....MID! The potatoes were most definitely out of a box and the gravy was made from one if those packets that you just add water to.. The short rib itself was flavorful and tender but a little dry. The wife was not impressed with her meal. Service: Our server was pretty cool (didn't catch her name) we saw that she was handling several tables and she continued to check in with us and make sure we didn't need anything. She also re made my wife's drink when she was unsatisfied with it. She was pretty cool. The only thing I did not careful was once I paid I was not giving an itemized receipt. After my payment went through she is just walking away from the table. Wasn't feeling that. We would like to give this place another try, maybe during the brunch Saturdays or sundays. The reviews and tiktok videos I have seen spoke highly of the brunch so maybe we should just give brunch a try. Overall 4/5.

   The food and service were outstanding. My only negative was the noise level. The misic was too loud making people talk louder. Better acoustics and lower volume would solve this problem .

   I made reservations with OpenTable during Valentin's Day weekend. We came in and got seated immediately. Our server was Alexa. She was phenominal with giving suggestions for drinks, food, and specials. I got the heavenly eggs, and my fiance got collard greens dip. Excellent. I went with the chicken and specialty waffle of the month, which was red velvet. Crispy, flaky waffle, not overbearing seasoned chicken, and give you the option of whitw or dark meat with you waffles. I also had a side of yams and macaroni & cheese. My fiance got banana pudding waffles and a side of lobster mac. Everything was delicious. We got the special dessert, which was the Strawberry Trifle. So good. Not overly sweet. 10/10 recommend. Now I have got to find the number for them to cater my wedding!
