   This is a very nice venue, but a bit pricey for what you get. My husband and I had 2 drinks each and 3 appetizers, the bill was $175 which included an automatic 20% gratuity. The food was good but the gumbo was very spicy. It was a nice experience but be prepared to spend some $.

   Horrible service!!! When you order an appetizer and the waitress immediately states I must warn you that the meal is going to be salty. Why would you use that much sodium in anything. We watched the server take meals to incorrect tables all night. Then we later saw the same server cleaning a table after the guests left. At restaurants I have never seen the busboy/cleaner also serving meals from the kitchen. I was afraid our meal was going to go to an incorrect table and it in fact did. The food is not worth the amounts being charged. You get no sides with a $65 plate. Not worth it! We were sick after arriving home and the next day.

   Overall good experience. Food was awesome! Only complaints was server was not as nice as we would have liked. Somewhat overpriced for what you getting. Expect mandatory 20% tip on all checks! Guess that is why server doesn’t have to be to nice! May do again for special occasion!

   We had an excellent dining experience! Our server, the food, the atmosphere, the drinks were amazing! I highly recommend this spot if you are in the Charlotte Area. Oh!! Make reservations!

   I appreciate kitchens and cocktails for being a restaurant but what I don’t appreciate is feeling like I was robbed. The main reason is I feel like if you are selling me five star prices then I should be dining in a five star environment. The food was very very expensive And they had a menu for like a sports bar because I’m paying $19 or $13 for fried pickles I’m paying $19 for eggrolls like it’s just a robbery and then the other part I didn’t like was when you come in to wait because they have a dress code when you come in to wait for your table after you’ve had a reservation, you still wait another 30 to 40 minutes for your table It would be nice to have a place to sit down parking. Why don’t I have any valet parking or why y’all don’t validate parking most five star restaurants I go to valet parking is free. We just tipped the valet. I’m not clear what this is supposed to be, but it didn’t feel the atmosphere. I just want them to do a little bit better or adjust those prices to really service the environment that we’re in I will give it about a three star and I wouldn’t mind not having my bill like $85+20% gratuity Like on a single check. What if you didn’t even like the way the waiter was taking care of you because they don’t take care of you that well because they know they get $20 off $100 off the rip so y’all should really try to work on the ambience work on environment work on making the things match cause my bill was like 100 and something dollars for one person and all I had was eggrolls fried pickles and a drink and a drink was $30. This doesn’t make any sense so this was my first experience at kitchens and cocktails. I just really felt like I was robbed and it wasn’t about me not being able to afford the meal, but I don’t think I got the service the environment or it leveled up to the five stars that they charging me the bathrooms were nasty please just do better not to knock you down but please meet me halfway I am a paying customer came to support you

   This was me and my family first time here celebrating moms birthday and the food was AMAZING ! Everything we had : no complaints as well as the drinks ! Matter fact me and my family are still thinking about the drinks and food ! I’m ready to go back already ! Everything came out hot & fresh ! Our waiter Haley was so nice and gave us great recommendations! If I would give anybody any advice it would be to get the TRINITY EGGROLLS THE BOMB !!!!

   When we first walked into this upscale establishment. We were seated and it took the waitress that waited on our table a while to come and take our order. When the food arrived and it was quick. I was mortified that the shrimp and grits with lobster tail was heavily salted and dry. The grits were cold and stiff. However, my husband’s dinner was two fried chicken breast with a side of collards and turkey. The chicken was fresh and hot but his meal was like someone dropped a box of salt in the food. The cornbread looked and tasted like it came out of a box covered in honey. When we notified the waitress that we didn’t want our food and wanted to send it back. It was like everybody turned their backs to us the entire time. I was more thirsty than anything. Now, the water was great! If you’re looking for a nice upscale restaurant with good food and service DON’T MAKE ANY RESERVATIONS HERE!!! The pictures on the menu doesn’t do it justice! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

    Great Food. Very nice atmosphere 👌🏾 I celebrated my 50th Birthday there and I loved the fact that there was a photographer 📸 ready to help capture great memories.
