   Pleasantly surprised by the ambience which consisted of low lighting with individual lights at the table, great music playing in the background but low enough to conduct a conversation at your table, and the overall appearance of the dining area. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive, and the food was amazing. I definitely recommend and will be returning!

   Service was horrible , woman at the front rolled her eyes when we arrived a few minutes late, the waitress constantly forgetting things after being asked, asked for a sprite I never received. Seemed like they wanted us in and out most after traveling 3.5 hrs for bad service probably won’t be coming back here again.

   Only had one menu and ran out of mostly everything that was supposed to be being served for Valentine’s Day. Server checked on us every 45 minutes and didn’t get our drinks until we got our second course meal. They died more than what they could serve, and it just wasn’t a great experience at all.

   The whole $160 Valentine’s day special was terrible, i hate how it was the only thing we could eat from. It wasn’t worth it at all, me and my woman didn’t even eat $160 worth a food, then we get the bill back it was $205. That was ridiculous. Then that had us in the smallest section in there im 6’4 and was cramped. I probably wont ever eat there again.

   We have enjoyed Kiss for 4 Valentine's in a row, we are never disappointed. Food 10/10, ambiance 10/10, wait staff 10/10 & entertainment 10/10. But this year February 14th 2025 was a 7/10. The restaurant was over crowded, it was like walking a maze to get to your seat. Waitress was great considering the amount of tables she had (forgot her name look us up Shajuanna Thomas).

   Overbooked for Valentines Day. Expected is to sit in the cold and rain to enjoy our dinner. We left. Will try again another time.

   Food was really good. It took a long time to get our food. It was Valentine’s Day so they were extremely busy, so it’s understandable. But it take about 3 hours to get all of our food

   My food was burnt to the point I spat it out . I did receive another plate however the salmon was dry and bland I did not eat it and was still charged for it. I left still hungry. We sat at a table where traffic was and I got bump several times. The music was great and vibe. It did take awhile for our waitress to get back to us my friend drink took so long she forgot she ordered it. I will try another time I believe it was overwhelming for the staff.

   The food was good the Brussels sprout were greasy and burnt the oxtail ravioli was so tasty . The watermelon lemon drop was fire. The blueberry 8 ball was good as well . The crab beignets were 10/10. I wish the music was cut down it was very loud an i couldn’t hear my fiance we were shouting to talk to each other . Fast service and a good night .

    This is such an amazing Valentine’s experience. They had a live musician. It was decorated so beautifully for Valentine’s Day with hearts. The food was amazing. The service was top-tier.
