   Kinley's converted an old diner into a nice restaurant, but it still has a bit of a diner feel in some ways. The bacon-wrapped dates appetizer is amazing and we even asked for a second order. Entrees were pretty good - my dining partner felt the halibut cheeks were lacking in flavor, unfortunately. Overall, a good experience, but the halibut brought down the rating a bit.

   The food was excellent. We really enjoyed the Ahi tuna tacos, and the hummus. My beet salad was delicious. My husband enjoyed his pork chop- the sauce it was served with really added to the flavor and perfectly cooked tenderness of the meat. We agreed that the apple compote on top didn’t really marry well with the flavors, but it didn’t ruin it either. I had “the cats pajamas“ cocktail, a bit of an old-fashioned with grand marnier served in a martini glass. Excellent. The service was fine, no problems, but our server wasn’t particularly warm. The food came out quickly.

   Kinley’s was a pleasant surprise. We were seated immediately and our server, Brandi, was right there to take our drink orders. The menu was delightfully varied, from starters to desserts. Our meal was OUTSTANDING! I would return for the dessert alone but I will definitely make Kinley’s my go to destination for a memorable evening of exceptional food, service and ambiance.

   Fabulous birthday dinner with my family. Been here a few times. Never disappointed! Bacon wrapped dates are a must. Drinks are tasty. Service was excellent! A little expensive for my tax bracket, but worth the splurge for special occasions! Thank u Kinleys. See u in 6 months.

   The wagyu tri-tip special last night was wonderful! Kinleys has a fantastic menu, and their list of specials is always a fun surprise.

    Kinley’s is one of our favorite restaurants in Anchorage. The food is always delicious and the staff are attentive and courteous. We love Kinley’s!
