   Had my mom’s 65th birthday party and the staff there made it a huge success! Food was amazing and the service was great. Best restaurant in Penticton

   This was our first visito to Kin & Folk. Our server was great and very helpful answering any of the questions we had about their menu. Their food was very tasty, with very original flavours and fusion. The food is more of a sharing asian style theme, which we quite enjoyed. We found some of the pricing a bit too high, but comparable to other similar restaurants in the area. Their happy hour menu prices are pretty reasonable though. If you're looking for something spicy, get the pork belly lettuce wraps! They come with a deliciously spicy chilli sauce, served on the side, for those that prefer a milder version. I would definitely recommend it and would drop by next time we're in the area!

   Again we had another memorable experience at Kin & Folk. The food was both interesting and delicious. The service was quick and attentive during our dinner. We’ll return again soon. Also the new menu provided good variety.

   Food was outstanding. Short ribs were delicious. Papardelle were creative and Cucumbers and things was very tasty. Server was great and knowledgeable Highly recommend.

   Unreal food, great service and one of the best nights I’ve had out in Penticton for a very long time. We will be back again soon!

   Our waitress was excellent. Prawn and scallop dish was delicious, a nice play of flavours. Rib dish was bland. Chicken entree was tasty and plentiful but needed more veggies or a starch. It was a large portion of protein with little else. Would definitely return. Enjoy all the interesting combinations of ingredients.

    It was our first time at Kin & Folk. We ordered three cocktails and one glass of wine. The cocktails were excellent ( presentation & taste). Our waitress was caring and very friendly. The food was good. Our jerk chicken was tasty but a bit dry to our liking and bitter from the deep-fried charred on top; however, it was good. The Bao was excellent, moist, and well-seasoned. The scallops and prawns were nicely presented but not cooked. (this was not mentioned on the menu). The combination was excellent, but not to my taste. I would prefer a more Koji style and more flavour with the dressing. The unappealing dish "cucumber and other things" was not charged to our bill because we barely ate them. Thank you for that. I believe the menu has the wrong description, i.e., no emulsion. The combination does not go together. But... we will come back. We will try something different.
