Kettner Exchange boasts two levels of indoor/outdoor drinking and dining and Little Italy’s only rooftop patio with spanning harbor views. We feature Progressive American cuisine from critically acclaimed Executive Chef Brian Redzikowski. In 2019, Kettner Exchange was named to Michelin Guide's prestigious Bib Gourmand list. Kettner Exchange has proudly maintained this award every year thereafter. Originally introduced in 1997, the Bib Gourmand category highlights restaurants that serve high-quality meals which include two courses and a glass of wine or dessert for $40 or less.

Please note that only the New Year's Eve menu will be offered on this day, a la carte dining will not be available in the main dining room. An optional curated wine pairing will be available at $60 per person. No-shows or cancellations less than 1 day in advance may be subject to a charge of $25 per person. Tax, 20% service charge, and 4% surcharge will be added to all checks.

    Very cool vibe and layout. We sat at the counter so we got a view of both the outdoor area as well as the dining room upstairs. Service was excellent! Our server was very attentive and made sure I was never without a drink :-) We got a couple of small plates to share and the food was awesome! The ricotta cheese with toast was my favorite. That olive oil is probably the best I’ve had outside of Italy. And the combo with balsamic vinegar and herbs was perfect. We also got a savory rice and beef dish that was almost like a stew. Very hearty and tasty! We will definitely go back! Maybe check out the chef’s table next time.

    Everything we ordered (5 small plates) were delicious! We especially enjoyed the duck meatball and crispy rice. And the service was very attentive. Would definitely recommend and come back!

    The breadth of food on the menu was incredible so no shortage of options.... Every dish we had was spectacular, both visually and taste wise.... Service was attentive and low key, allowing my wife and I to really focus on the experience.....

    This is one of the best restaurants in San Diego. They exceed in all categories. Service, food and atmosphere and they execute these every time over and over again. Highly recommend it.

    the "fast food" styled brunch w/ chef'd up fast food classics was fantastic. The crafted cocktails were on point and the bites were great. Fish Tacos, Double Decker Tacos , Ahi balls and the korean beef and rice burrito were homeruns.

    The food was flavorful, the atmosphere was great, and the music was on point. All the servers were great. Go to Kettner Exchange and park across the street in the Little Italy parking lot for two hours and $10.
