8 of us sat at the open seating bar and unbeknownst to us we were charged 18% “service fee” on our bill. On top of that the bill had a blank area for a “gratuity”. As you know, gratuity is normally 15-20% of a bill so if we do the math, the restaurant is asking for 18%+20% which equals 38% . Really? We have to pay 38% more on top of the food? We won’t be returning. Also, one of the margaritas we ordered was bad, it literally had no alcohol, when we sent it back the bartender rolled his eyes and was clearly irate that we sent it back.

Do not use open table to make reservations as they do not honor the and allow themselves to be over booked. I showed up and there were over 10 reservations at the same time as me and he just took our name down and wrote it on the waiting list. It’s deceitful because you choose this restaurant because you believe you can a reservation and won’t have to wait . When you get there it’s like you don’t have a reservation. When I brought it up they just blamed it on open table which I find hard to believe bcs I’ve used it for other restaurants and it works just fine.

Did not recognize the reservation. Just added us to the list. When questioned, the host was argumentative and disrespectful. Told me he didn’t have any problems. I did talk to the manager and the host apologized to me. He still shouldn’t be in that position. No reason to make a reservation.

Terrible customer service. Our reservation ment nothing. We were put on a waitlist that was 2 pages long. Other customers also had reservations and they were ignored. Spoke the manager and he said a reservation doesn’t guarantee a table.

We had a 8:15 reservation but we didn’t get a seat until 9:15 on top of that we waited 1 hour to get our food. Wasn’t the best experience

Me and my fiancé celebrated Valentine's Day for dinner. It was a really nice place. Food and drinks were amazing and the pricing was very reasonable. Only thing that could improve is the checking in. Even with a reservation I still had to wait 10-15 min for my table. There was no order to the reservation list. They were just taking names down on paper and calling who was next.
