We left after 20 min because no one served us. The waiter told us he would be right there after 5 min. 15 min later he told us that he had to go do something but would take our drink order. He never came back and we left. The restaurant was pretty empty but they sat us in the back. Horrible experience. Will never come back.

Our server, Michael, rocked. He was so friendly, attentive, helpful, and flawless. We had a great time and really enjoyed the food, beer, cold & warm sake, and the ambiance. The only thing I wasn't crazy about was the bathroom being weirdly, eerily underground (downstairs). It feels like it's about to turn into an "IT" (Stephen King) scene. I was looking for a red balloon. Anyway, also very reasonable pricing. Thank you.

I came in for late happy hour. Ordered 3 Philly Rolls w/ Masago and Avocado. Got neither. Waited 10 minutes for Soy Sauce. I would rather eat at Foothill, skip the "special" and get what I ordered. Moving forward, that will be a better option for me. Too bad its not offered late at all Kabuki's. Oh well

The sashimi plate was really good, the fish was really fresh. We've loved it. But the sushis (rolls) was fair.

We passed by the restaurant and noticed that it looked closed, which was unusual since we had reservations. There were employees inside but chairs turned upside down. As we looked for parking I called to ask them what time they closed. They told me that they closed early due to being short staffed. They closed at 9pm. We had reservations at 9:30pm. They typically close at 10:30pm, they said. No one contacted me to notify me of this -- unacceptable. We do not live in the area and were celebrating a special occasion. Strange that they closed early and stranger that they didn't contact me (and anyone else who might have had reservations) to let us know.
