   Our service was not great, we had a switch in servers 3x which led to our orders and check being messed up. It was very uncomfortable and when we requested to just pay all that was outstanding so we could leave, our server stopped another server and then began having a conversation with her about what she thought had gone wrong, continuing to delay our ability to leave. One of the people in our party also didn’t get her food for 45 min until after everyone else and it was avocado toast. We also had to ask servers and food runners about it 3x before it was brought out. When it was received it was cold, not toasted, and didn’t have ingredients as described. The person in my party sent it back and asked for no replacement because we had all finished eating and yet another one was brought out that was still not correct. One of the servers still wanted to charge her for the dish that she did not touch, was incorrect and cold, and was sent back. The server also never truly apologized and actually said “this happens all the time wherever you go” but I have never had a service experience like this before. We also had to ask 4x to get waters for the table which took over 40 min from our arrival. We were brought a holiday cocktail menu and then no one came back to see if we wanted to order any (we did). Then we didn’t get syrup with our French toast and that took an additional 20 min to flag someone down to remedy. We also weren’t given enough silverware sets so we again had to wait. All around poor service/experience which was disappointing because I have been looking forward to checking this place out and the chicken and French toast was fantastic.

   Made a dinner reservation. Upon my arrival, they told me that a table was a two hour wait, with a reservation due to overbooking. I flew in from Boston, MA and am extremely disappointed that this was my experience while traveling.

   My husband and I absolutely loved this place. The drinks, food, service and ambiance were amazing! This is a definite must visit when in New Orleans!

   JusTini’s is always a great, food is good and different, drinks are special, Ambiance is relaxing, chill. Perfect place to go on a date or with a group. Bottoms UP

   Happy hour lemon drops so good & enjoyed trying the watermelon & passionfruit flavored ones as well. Tacos were really good just wish there wasn’t a 3 minimum to order them for happy hour.

    We love this restaurant. It was our first visit, but guaranteed, far from the last. Terrific, inventive food. Great atmosphere.
