Justine is a brasserie in New Orleans’ historic French Quarter. Opened in 2019 by husband-wife team Justin & Mia Devillier of La Petite Grocery, Justine combines the sophistication of Parisian brasseries with the playfulness of the South’s most lively district. Featuring dishes like Mussels, Escargot & Steak Frites, the menu honors the technique and simplicity of French classics, while evoking the senses with exciting, grand presentation. Other seafood and steak favorites include Shrimp & Grits, Pan Roasted Red Snapper, Shrimp Remoulade, NY Strip & Hanger Steak. True to the heart of French brasserie culture, the bustling, multi-roomed restaurant offers a versatile space to be enjoyed by all, whether it’s for a weekday lunch, afternoon glass of wine or celebratory dinner. The café side opens to the Chartres Street sidewalk, emulating a quintessential Parisian-street experience with daytime fare.                                               We had a great dinner at Justine! We’ve had so much traditional New Orleans food on our trip it was refreshing to have something blended with French bistro-style dining. And the restaurant itself looks great!

                                              Wandered in this place by chance. There was only room to eat at the bar. Bartender was welcoming and friendly even tho he was working alone and very busy. Took the time to recommend a great wine and let us test one. Food was fabulous. Service attentive but not annoying. We liked the place so much we went back the very next night to try some of the other offerings. Everything just as perfect the second time around!

                                              Justine is one of our favorite restaurants in the Quarter. It was lovely to come back. The food and service are both superb.

                                              What a New Orleans treasure. From the moment we walked in, we had a tremendously friendly and accommodating staff. The food is phenomenal and and plenty. I would never hesitate to go again, and highly encourage anyone who wants a great meal to go, too.

                                              Our waiter was not in too of his game . Not sure if he was inexperienced or just not meant to be in the service industry. Our first round of drinks took over 1/2 hour to come, the appetizer came out and we ate it before the martinis ever came. When we asked him he blamed the bartenders but we saw other tables who sat down after us get theirs so that doesn’t make any sense. He didn’t fill out water at the table until we asked . Nice guy but needs to get together

                                              Food was great, waiter was nice, decorated nicely, but service was really slow, they forgot a few things in our order as well. Took an hour to get food and portions were pretty small. The waiter said there was suppose to be 300 people in the restaurant and they only had 100 show up and thank god cause it was so slow and understaffed.

                                              Service started out great-then a table adjacent to ours has some issues, of which took our servers time away from us-and the other surrounding tables, and focused on them. Sadly, this resulted in our table wanting to order a few additional things but finally gave up, this included another round of side dishes as well as desert. Wish the manager would have focused on the disruptive table and left the server free to do their job.
