   Melas were given to another table , then delay getting replacement out , received less starters then other tables , very noisy , value for money on set menu was not worth it . Food was good what we received and staff apologised but experience was not great

   Vibrant pizza/pasta restaurant, service was ordinary, slow to the point of checking with the the kitchen prompted by head waiter. Lamb gnocchi was delicious. Good size pizza , hastily put together topping. Complimentary pizza due to ordering error well handled by head waiter.

   Spent Christmas Eve on holidays here with my family. I highly rate the chilli prawn spaghetti, I loved it. Pinot Gris was also great. Rest of family got pizzas. They are big critics on there pizza. They said it was very nice 7.5/10 . Did feel that the pizzas were a bit over priced though. $27 for a margarita when you need two for your teenaged is steep.atmosphere was quite good but did get a bit loud upstairs.

   Have been to Justins Lane many times and loved it. Food is very amazing, the venue is nice, staff are always friendly and helpful. We took some friends there for dinner last night and the only let down was the waitress. She made ordering seem difficult, she also told me I couldn't order a pasta until I finished the the whole pizza that I still had on the table, I had only eaten 3 slices, as if she was my mother making me finish everything on my plate, I had to tell her how frustrating this is and the pizza is still going to be eaten before she rudely asked in defeat which pasta I wanted. The menu i ordered from was the feed me menu, and I've never had this issue there with this menu until now. Like I said, we have been and ordered the same many times, adding to my frustration this time. The waitress seemed unhappy or like we were the inconvenience everytime we called her over. Was not a pleasant person to deal with. On the positive, the food was fantastic, and we still had a lovely time despite the waitress. I would still go back and still recommend Justin's Lane.

   Went on Friday nite was very busy and noisey could do some thing about sound could not hear speaking apart from that very good

   This was an anniversary meal given to us as a present. We made it clear at booking that it was a special occasion. I always hate being a given a time restriction at a restaurant anyway. When they called to confirm the booking, they weren’t friendly and the point of the conversation seemed to be to ensure we only stayed two hours. When we arrived, security wasn’t welcoming and the host who came to “let us in” wasn’t friendly. There was sand all over my seat. Our starter took half an hour to arrive. As soon as the last mouthful went in, the plate was whipped away. Same with the main. My husband was still eating his last mouthful when the plate was taken. We were given 3 minutes to choose dessert. We asked for more time, she gave us another four minutes. I mentioned this and then she didn’t come back to the table at all. We had to ask another waitress. None of the staff seemed happy. Despite knowing this was an anniversary meal, no effort was made, at all to acknowledge the fact. We won’t be back.

    We were a party of 20 and we had a blast. The team were so helpful with all our requests and ever present. The food was fresh and super tasty. The drinks cool and refreshing. Highly recommend.
