   My partner is Japanese and grew up in the country. We loved the flavours and thoughtful arrangement of the omakase. Chef also included an extra skewer while overhearing my partner talk about it being his childhood favourite. We cannot praise this venue enough!

   Amazing hidden gem Japanese restaurant with lots of yakitori and rice choices. Was preferred by a lot of Japanese people during my dinner, hence gave a good sign! Staff is very kind and helpful.

   We had the chef’s special menu. The food was very good but we felt it would have been cheaper to just go A La Carte. We were 8 so decided it was easier to just go for the set menu but on reflection it was a mistake. It was very expensive and for some of us a dish too much so the carte would have been better.

   Junsei is a gem! The yakitori is perfectly grilled, with incredible flavors and a great variety of options. The ambiance is cozy, and the staff is attentive and friendly. A must-visit for yakitori lovers!

   Really enjoyed, a nice little restaurant with a great ambience and delicious Japanese delicacies, especially the offal skewers.

   Really good food and amazing service. Recommend for family and friends get together. Rice donabe is a must have dish, but it takes 45mins to cook, so it’s better to order before.

   First time in thie restaurant, so chose the long set menu to try various dishes. It was all about chicken yakitoris and lacked diversity.

    Was very disappointed. Good concept is lots of small plates, but each plate of very expensive and tiny amounts of food and the cost is ridiculously high. The waiter was professional but everything else felt like a rip off
