   The igloos make it very easy to hear quiet dinner conversation and give you some privacy. Unfortunately, the various staff who came in were not good at zipping it up so the heat escaped too frequently for us to be really comfortable. Our heaters also kept shutting off. That said, the food was really good!

   Another perfect meal at Julii! Went with a colleague for a holiday lunch. Both our meals were excellent and the profiteroles were a delicious dessert

   The most romantic restaurant in Bethesda. Try to eat in clear igloos outside during cold and inclement weather. It is magical sheltered from the storm with outstanding heat and French food.

   We loved the tart appetizer/small plate and cauliflower entree especially. All the food was very good in fact, as was the service, but the mushroom appetizer looked sloppy. I realize that doesn't affect how it tastes, but given the way everything else looked (which is to say amazing), I was surprised. I also was a little disappointed that they didn't have more non-alcoholic options. Their sister restaurant has wonderful nonalcoholic drinks, so I was expecting to enjoy one of those… instead, I had a fancy soda. Overall we had a really nice time, but the star of the show, hands-down, was Carlos, our server, who's also a bartender. What a great spirit that guy has! Thoroughly enjoyed his table-side storytelling. Thank you for a very pleasant evening out!

   Julii is consistently one of the best restaurants in the area. It starts with the stellar service. The staff go out of their way to ensure each guest is treated like a star. The food is consistently good. I haven’t had a bad dish there. The bar service is also excellent. The signature cocktails are well balanced and flavorful, but if you want a treat, ask one of the bartenders to make you something based on a flavor profile. I guarantee you won’t be disappointed.

   Honestly first time there and now can't wait to go back. Food wad excellent and the music was nice and relaxing. Bathroo.s very clear though it was just opening for brunch.

   We had a wonderful time - the atmosphere and people are fabulous! Our waitress Maggie made the night, carefully advising wine, tea, soup, avocado Caesar( a must share starter) and the amazing crispy trout - the sauce, veges and fish was so scrumptious !!! Last week we tried the scallops risotto ( big wow) to finish our meal we had crème brûlée which had a tinge hint of orange 😊 Ask for Maggie as your server- she’s such a bundle of joy and makes your do ing experience fabulous !

    I've had some really terrific meals at Julii in the past, but my dining experience last night was subpar. The food lacked it usual flare and quality - flavors didn't burst, plating was lackluster and came a little on the cooler side. Service was great and still love the ambiance of the place, while being a bit on the livelier side of a traditional restaurant experience.
