   Horrible experience overall for the Christmas buffet. First of all, expect to be forced into paying $10 for valet parking; the entire plaza is taken by valet companies. Then, expect the restaurant to add automated gratuity, forcing you to tip no matter what quality service you get. They totally forgot a drink we ordered. Last but not least, the buffet food options were low quality, no flavor, very subpar for $75/person. Also, you can’t serve yourself. The dishes are on a small table and staff has to put food on your plate and they give you very little or from unappetizing corners of the tray, you have to speak up to get adequate portions. Never coming back. There are way better options around for $75/person plus forced parking, forced tipping, not even sodas included etc Genuinely hated the place; it also looked dirty and messy

   Due to the holiday, tge restaurant served buffet style, which was not disclosed on the website. The girls in front were rude.

   We went for the Christmas buffet. When we walked in, we were a bit disappointed at the amount of food available. But we quickly realized, they were actually cooking and bringing out limited quantities at a time so the food was always hot, fresh and never had a chance to be overly done by sitting out at the buffet too long. The filet was the best I've ever had. The salmon was spectacular. And I loved the sweet potato pie for dessert. Overall a fantastic meal!

   Christmas Day was my first visit and probably my only visit! The food was underwhelming and definitely overrated and overpriced! Excuse me owner/general manager, are your guest not worthy of WARM dessert. Why would you have that just sitting out on the bar? That peach cobbler could have been scooped from the baking dish as needed. The service was slow. Perhaps since 19% gratuity was added caused a LACK of motivation for Tyler to move quickly and display a consistent check-in on how we were doing. We waited 15 minutes trying to flag him down for the check. $10 valet…really? Your adult guest are already spending 79.99 on a meal! At least give options to self-park.

   The food quality was amazing, however the service was so slow. Especially considering the 19% tip automatically added, we arrived at the same time as 2 other couples and within the hour they had already finished before we were served our appetisers.

   2nd time coming here. I ordered the honey truffle chicken with truffle fries. Hmm, the chicken was cooked perfectly, very tender and juicy. However, the favoring wasn't all of that. I barely tasted the honey or the truffle. It is almost like a chicken fried steak vibe, but less crunchy--btw, before You judge, YES I ORDERED CHICKEN AT A STEAKHOUSE LOL. But the fries were great. My friend ordered a steak, Juliet style which had crab, shrimp with a cream sauce on top. My friend LOVED it. The Brussel sprouts were also amazing. Our waiter was decent, no complaints. I'll be back to see what their happy hour is like.

    We love this restaurant. Went for Christmas Eve burnt our first time. The service is always great even on a busy night when it was probably a bit understaffed due to servers being with their families. The food is always delicious and the photo ops are outstanding. The Mac and cheese.... to die.
