                Service could use some help, mostly just inexperienced servers. The food was good but not special. Some issues like being out of all milk at the coffee bar seem avoidable.

                We made reservations for Valentine’s Day and told the restaurant in advance that we didn’t drink and to delete the cocktails and wine that came from our prix fixe dinner. We were told they could substitute virgin drinks/mocktails. The waitress brought us alcohol drinks anyway, repeatedly, and when we rejected them and ordered mocktails, they wanted to up charge us for non-alcoholic drinks. The general manager was rude and unwilling to compromise with any other beverage choice that would be included in our $100 per person dinner. And, to pour salt on the wound, they charged us a 20% tip. It’s a beautiful spot, but we’ll never go back.

                Very good food and the atmosphere is always beautiful! Beautiful fire going in the big gorgeous fireplace and beautiful mountains out the windows.

                Good food and service. A bit pricey but not unexpected. Music was a bit loud for a Sunday morning, but they turned it down when we requested. Eclectic gift shop. Clean restrooms. Recommended.
