Seated immediately upon arrival with reservation. Started with the deviled eggs, there was a sweetness to them I couldn't quite make out, but they were good. Main entree #1 consisted of the jerk lamb chops, broccolini, and macaroni. Lamb chops were tender & I would like to know the seasonings for the broccolini! Main entree #2 consisted of the beef short ribs, mashed potatoes, and greens; the potatoes could've been better. The margarita flight was good as well, not overpowered by flavored syrup. S/O to our server Bobbye for the recommendations and being attentive!

The service was subpar. We waited an hour and 30 minutes for an appetizer. We waited an additional hour for our main course. The servers were very rude and unprofessional. I would not visit this establishment again. We really tried, unfortunately the experience did not turn around for the better.

We had a variety of items from the menu. Each were prepared well and tasted very good. Our server, Trell, was both professional and very attentive. My only criticism is regarding the “mandatory gratuity”, which has become quite common in Black owned eateries and is seen as a substitute for “tipping”. I will always leave a tip, which is predicated on the food and service. To decide what my tip amount should be is offensive. Although my overall experience was good, the gratuity piece is a challenge.

The food was good, but you guys are very slow. It took a long time to get your food, and it wasn't even crowded.

I was looking forward to going to Jordyn's in Hyde Park to celebrate my friend's birthday. However, I was quickly disappointed when my friend attempted to order some jerk cornish hen, and I asked for dressing, only to be told that they did not have either item. This happens too often at black owned establishments, which I try to make a point of patronizing. Next, there is automatically a 20% gratuity added to the bill when there is a party of two or more. However, the service did not warrant a 20% tip. We had to wait for at least ten minutes or longer before someone even came to the table to wait on us. The server knew it was my friend's birthday because I told her. Yet, there was no complimentary dessert or other celebratory gesture. Please take this feedback in the spirit in which it is being given, which is to make help it a great dining experience for everyone.

We had a party of seven celebrating my Mom’s birthday. The fried catfish, oxtails, red snapper, fried chicken, jerk chicken, mac n cheese, greens, cabbage, red beans and rice, yams, jerk chicken tacos and pot roast empanadas were are seasoned to perfection, ready at the same time and absolutely delicious. We will definitely be back very soon! Thank you for showing us great time.

Food was amazing. We got the fried catfish, cabbage was sooo good, fries, lamb chops , candied yams and brocollini. Ambience is good. Service was slow and not super attentive. Music was a bit on the louder side.
