   The low rating stems from the fact that not a single server was familiar with their own plant-based menu. I had to look up every item myself. The servers seemed indifferent, and after prompting one to consult the chef, he still had difficulty providing answers. It's crucial to properly train your staff; otherwise, you risk losing customers in Toronto. Having lived here for 15 years and regularly dining at Yorkville restaurants, I represent the type of patron you want to attract. As for the plant-based menu, I would rate it a 5/10—nothing remarkable, lacking in flavour & excitement.

   Food was outstanding. Service was good but for such a high end restaurant possibly the servers should be a little more knowledgeable. Did not realize it was in The Park Hyatt as just that would turn me off and I won’t rush back BUT the food was excellent!

   The Park Hyatt Hotel has always been my favourite hotel. The newly renovated hotel is beautiful. I have not yet seen the new guest rooms but have eaten several times at the Joni Restaurant. I am never disappointed. Thank you. Our brunch today was delicious.

   This was the third time we have dined here in the last 6 months. Each time, we have opted for the Chefs menu “experience”, along with the wine pairing. To say we were impressed would be an understatement. The food was simply fantastic! Each dish was meticulously crafted and plated, using seasonally optimum ingredients and highly innovative flavour combinations. The wines were perfectly matched to complement each dish, and the trio of amuse bouche to begin the meal were excellent as well. Finally, each experience we have had over the past 3 meals was completely unique…unheard of in such a short space of time. The Chef, service team and staff are all to be commended..,there was absolutely nothing that was short of excellent. Being blown away has become an expectation here…a rarity these days, for certain. Highly recommended, and given the location it is quite the culinary bargain. You will not be disappointed, just go and enjoy!

   This is a beautiful room where the vibe is relaxing and peaceful, unlike so many restaurants where the noise is deafening, The service could not have been better and the food was delicious.

   Our dinner on Saturday evening was superb in every way; the food was excellent and a lot of thought, planning and execution had gone into the combination of tastes. The service was superb, the whole experience delightful. And every effort was made to allow us to be ready to leave in time for our concert at Körner Hall without haste. Thank you so very much - we are most grateful for the experience.

   Lovely setting - modern and elegant space but still cozy, which is tricky to get right. The tea and the food were also lovely, it was the service was just abysmal. Rude, stunningly slow (eg 20+ mins just to get menus, an hour-ish to be served), and just generally awful.
